We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-14 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All matcha products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and quality during transit. We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible. Each package includes detailed storage instructions to help maintain your matcha's vibrant color and flavor.
