30-Day Returns
Unopened tea products and unused accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all included parts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. PayPal and card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@matchaninja.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will reply with return instructions.
